Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds will only be given to orders cancelled within 24 hours of checkout unless the order has been processed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, once processed, we do not offer refunds and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any product due to sanitary purposes. ALL sales are final, please be advised there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

 

Damages & Issues
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and contact us immediately at shop@imanaccessoryaddict.com, if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
