How long will it take to get my package?
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 2-5 business days. To guarantee a successful shipping process, please double-check that the shipping information provided is accurate during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally, but we do plan to expand in the near future.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

What if my order is lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrect?
To decrease the chances of lost or misdelivered items and to guarantee that your order is delivered successfully, please ensure that your address is entered accurately. Accessory Addict is not responsible for items that are misdelivered due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Accessory Addict cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or stolen once in the possession of USPS. Please contact your local post office regarding theft, loss, or a misdelivered order.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and multiple photos of the items received to ensure that our customer support team is best able to assist you in getting the proper resolve.
